24/7 Praise
Psalm 34 is a testimony of praise to God for His continuous help to us. He is deserving of blessings twenty-four hours a day. He delivers us from dangers seen and unseen. His angels guard and encamp around us, defending us from evil. The scripture says โI will overcome by the blood of the lamb and the words of my testimonyโ. This is true for us all.
Virginia is for Lovers
Ironically, it was the couple with the surname Loving who helped to make interracial marriage legal in Virginia. Loving v. Virginia is a landmark, historic case. Richard and Mildred, in the 1950s, challenged the state’s law forbidding black and white individuals from marrying. Their civil rights fight lasted several years, but culminated in their success.
