Phoenecia Hill is lovingly known as “Neci” by her friends and family. She has a B.S. in Mass Communications from VCU and a Master of Public Administration from Regent University. Neci has performed in many roles before, from starring in Little Red Riding Hood, her first theatre production as a youth, to serving as a background actress in the movie Harriet, and the TV series Dopesick and Swagger. Neci identifies as a “foodie” and loves to try different cuisines, both through cooking and consuming!
