National Relaxation Day

Every day I take a nap. See me in my cozy blanket! After a nap, I feel rejuvenated, refreshed, and in a better mood. It helps me unwind, and it decreases anxiety and physical tension.
I feel energized to complete tasks at the end of the day. It may not be scientifically proven, but I really think getting my “beauty rest” keeps me looking as great as I do.
